 Business Start-Up Package-For a flat fee, Thomas F. Shelton P.C. can provide clients with incorporation or other business formation documents, an employment practices kit including an Employment handbook and other employment forms, and provide a basic legal risk assessment document to help in the growth stage.

 Legal Audits- For a flat fee, Thomas F. Shelton P.C. can provide clients with an employment practices, corporate governance or contracts audit. Along with the immediate benefit of gaining a broader understanding of the company’s legal footing, an audit offers a client the opportunity to judge the quality of services provided by Thomas F. Shelton P.C. 

 Employment Practices Seminars- For a flat fee, Thomas F. Shelton P.C. can provide on-site seminars in various aspects of employment practices such as the ADA, FMLA, ADEA, Title VII, HIPPA, COBRA, discrimination, employee discipline, hiring and firing and other best practices in the human resources area.  These seminars can also benefit a company in seeking better business insurance rates. 

 Registered Agent Services- Mr. Shelton can act as an in-state registered agent for Company’s that incorporated outside Missouri or Kansas who need an in-state registered agent.  The fee is $75 per year plus mailing expenses.
